Sales Manager - Hardware Trading

As a Sales Manager Hardware Channel at Aristo India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, expanding the dealer network, and achieving sales targets in the Ahmedabad region. With a strong focus on market analysis, hardware sales, and channel sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to ensure revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing targeted strategies, developing and executing dealer-level plans to onboard new dealers and enhance engagement, analyzing territory data to identify growth opportunities, and implementing product and promotional strategies to drive sales for core and high-priority products. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and business partners, collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, managing receivables and credit, organizing market outreach events, providing detailed sales reports and market insights to senior management, and overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure. The ideal candidate for this role should possess an MBA with 2-4 years of experience in sales and dealer management within the hardware, interior, or furniture industry. Strong business acumen, expertise in B2B sales, dealer expansion, and revenue growth strategies, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and self-motivation to work in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities required for this position.
