As a Sales Manager at Health Click Away, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of Sales Agents dedicated to the US market (B2C). Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Sales Agents operating in the US time zone. - Driving sales strategy and execution to achieve both team and individual targets. - Conducting regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to enhance team performance. - Monitoring daily sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine lead-generation strategies. - Handling escalations and supporting agents in closing high-value deals. - Preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports to management. - Building a strong and motivated sales culture focused on delivering results and ensuring customer success. To excel in this role, you should have: - Extensive experience of 5 years in B2C sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a team leadership/managerial role. - Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Prior experience in the HealthTech or EdTech industries is highly preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting with a strong analytical mindset. - Willingness to work the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM IST.
