About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer of Katha, a red paste for pan (betel nut)
Were expanding our sales team in Varanasi and Eastern UP and are looking for a Sales Officer / Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our retail and distributor networks
Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and business development in the Varanasi and Eastern UP region
Build and manage relationships with pan shops, distributors, and related FMCG outlets
Leverage local connections in the betel nut, meethi supari, and tobacco industries to expand product reach
Meet sales targets and KPIs
Provide regular sales updates and market insights to senior management
Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 715 years in retail sales, business development, or distribution in the FMCG sector (preferably in betel nut, katha, meethi supari, or tobacco products)
Local Expertise: Strong network in the Varanasi & Eastern UP markets, especially in retail and distribution channels
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
