Sales Manager (FMCG ONLY)

You are an experienced Sales Manager responsible for leading the Modern Trade Channel in South India. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales management, particularly in modern trade channels, you possess a graduation degree. Your key responsibilities include managing and expanding sales in South India, fostering strong relationships with modern trade partners, leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team, and devising sales strategies to stimulate growth. Your proven track record of team management and results-driven performance, coupled with a robust network and relationships with national modern trade teams, will be beneficial. Your excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively across South India, are essential. Additionally, you will be analyzing sales performance and offering actionable insights to enhance sales activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with night shifts from Monday to Friday. Proficiency in English is required, and the work location is in person.
