Position Title: Sales Manager – Estate Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Managing Director / Chairman Responsibilities: Handle sales and marketing activities for real estate plots and properties within the estate. Plan and execute branding and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers. Communicate regularly with leads, prospects, and existing plot holders regarding inquiries, updates, and services. Coordinate with marketing teams for digital and offline promotional content. Maintain detailed records of leads, site visits, communications, and follow-ups. Organize and conduct site visits for potential clients. Assist in preparing sales documents, agreements, and related paperwork. Support the planning and execution of estate-related events or exhibitions. Any other duties assigned by senior management related to estate sales or client servicing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with client-facing roles and field visits. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
