Position Title: Sales Manager – Estate Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Managing Director / Chairman Responsibilities:  Handle sales and marketing activities for real estate plots and properties within the estate.  Plan and execute branding and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers.  Communicate regularly with leads, prospects, and existing plot holders regarding inquiries, updates, and services.  Coordinate with marketing teams for digital and offline promotional content.  Maintain detailed records of leads, site visits, communications, and follow-ups.  Organize and conduct site visits for potential clients.  Assist in preparing sales documents, agreements, and related paperwork.  Support the planning and execution of estate-related events or exhibitions.  Any other duties assigned by senior management related to estate sales or client servicing. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.  3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.  Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer expectations.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Comfortable with client-facing roles and field visits.  Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.  Organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously. Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Member Relations: a. Be the first point of contact for all member-related support. b. Respond to queries, take feedback, and ensure members have a smooth and pleasant experience at the club. c. Build long-term relationships and assist in creating a member-friendly environment. 2. Club Sales: a. Handle all sales-related enquiries including memberships, banquets, rooms, and golf events. b. Explain offerings, share pricing, do follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed bookings or memberships. c. Work towards monthly sales targets and maintain enquiry records. 3. Marketing Support: a.
