Position Title: Sales Manager – Estate Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Managing Director / Chairman Responsibilities: Handle sales and marketing activities for real estate plots and properties within the estate. Plan and execute branding and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers. Communicate regularly with leads, prospects, and existing plot holders regarding inquiries, updates, and services. Coordinate with marketing teams for digital and offline promotional content. Maintain detailed records of leads, site visits, communications, and follow-ups. Organize and conduct site visits for potential clients. Assist in preparing sales documents, agreements, and related paperwork. Support the planning and execution of estate-related events or exhibitions. Any other duties assigned by senior management related to estate sales or client servicing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with client-facing roles and field visits. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously. Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Member Relations: a. Be the first point of contact for all member-related support. b. Respond to queries, take feedback, and ensure members have a smooth and pleasant experience at the club. c. Build long-term relationships and assist in creating a member-friendly environment. 2. Club Sales: a. Handle all sales-related enquiries including memberships, banquets, rooms, and golf events. b. Explain offerings, share pricing, do follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed bookings or memberships. c. Work towards monthly sales targets and maintain enquiry records. 3. Marketing Support: a. Coordinate with the marketing team for WhatsApp campaigns, social media content, emailers, and promotions. b. Share client feedback and ideas for improving communication. 4. Coordination & Reporting: a. Maintain daily logs of enquiries and updates. b. Share reports with seniors and coordinate with internal teams like reception, F&B, and operations to ensure smooth client experience. 5. Other Responsibilities: a. Support in club events, member activities, and assist with any task assigned by senior management.
