Sales Manager Enterprise & Academic Accounts

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships with enterprises, universities, and training partners. Your main focus will be on selling certification programs such as AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, Red Hat, PMI, and PRINCE2, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business and handle enterprise & academic accounts - Establish relationships with HR, L&D heads, and academic coordinators - Manage proposals, RFPs, contracts, and closures - Meet sales targets and maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM - Represent SFJBS at industry and academic events Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT training, enterprise software, or the education sector - Knowledge of certification training programs like AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, Red Hat, PMI, and PRINCE2 - Strong network within enterprises and academic institutions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Willingness to travel extensively Additional Details: The company offers competitive salary with incentives, travel allowances, medical benefits, and career growth opportunities.
