Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets specific to the Indian market.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities within the education sector.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide training and guidance to the sales team.
  • Present company offerings to potential and existing clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the education loan sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian education loan market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
