Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Develop and implement innovative sales plans to achieve organizational revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report progress to management.
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize growth.
8+ years of proven experience in sales leadership (preferably in the education or training sector).
Location: Kochi/Onsite/Full time
