Job Title: Sales Manager Dryers Location: Pune, India (with frequent travel across assigned regions) Experience: 5-12 years in industrial dryer sales, process equipment sales, or capital equipment sales Job Overview: Raj Process Equipments & Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Dryers to drive sales of industrial drying solutions across various industries, including food processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and minerals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background, experience in handling large industrial clients, and the ability to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and generate leads for Rotary Dryers, Spray Dryers, Fluid Bed Dryers, and other drying technologies. Engage with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors to promote Raj Process drying solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations. Market Expansion & Strategy Conduct market research to identify potential industries and applications for dryers. Monitor competitor activities and market pricing to ensure a competitive sales approach. Establish strong relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, and government bodies. Project Coordination & Execution Work closely with engineering, R&D, and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery. Provide clients with technical guidance on selecting the right dryer technology for their needs. Ensure that all sales commitments align with project timelines, cost estimations, and regulatory requirements. Client Relationship & After-Sales Support Maintain strong post-sales relationships and explore opportunities for repeat business. Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering + MBA (preferred) Experience: 5-12 years in sales of industrial dryers, process equipment, or capital machinery Industry Knowledge: Experience in food processing, chemicals, pharma, minerals, or energy sectors Sales Expertise: Strong B2B technical sales, contract negotiation, and business development skills Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
