Sales Manager - Delhi Based

As a Sales Executive at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, your role involves proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to ensure proper service delivery and achieve personal sales goals. You will be responsible for building long-term, value-based customer relationships and leading all activities related to sales. Here are the key responsibilities: - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts and build relationships with existing and new customers through various activities such as sales calls, entertainment, and trade shows. - Develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base and manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. - Participate in sales calls to acquire new business, execute operational aspects of business booked, and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals. - Understand market trends, target customer information, and competitors" strengths and weaknesses to maximize revenue and close the best opportunities based on market conditions. - Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the company's service and relationship strategy, delivering service excellence, and obtaining feedback on product quality and service levels from guests. Regarding qualifications, you should have a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in the same field.
