Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for UPVC doors and windows.
Identify and target potential clients including builders, architects, contractors, and retail customers.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals with customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Recruit, train, and manage sales executives/representatives as needed.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales and business development skills in the building materials/UPVC industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to develop strategic relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners.
Knowledge of UPVC products, pricing, and installation process preferred.
Leadership and team management skills.
Self-motivated with strong market networking ability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
Relevant experience in UPVC doors, windows, or related building material industry is highly desirable.
