Sales Manager - CSSD Division

You will be responsible for driving sales and business development of CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) products and solutions at Sterifag India Pvt. Ltd. This includes sterilizers, washer-disinfectors, consumables, and related infection-control systems. Your main duties will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, achieving sales targets, coordinating with technical teams for support, tracking competitor activities, and representing the company at medical trade shows and conferences. - Develop and execute sales strategies for CSSD products across hospitals and healthcare groups. - Build strong customer relationships with hospital purchase teams, biomedical engineers, and CSSD managers. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions. - Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration. - Coordinate with technical teams for installation, training, and after-sales support. - Track competitor activities and prepare sales reports. - Represent the company at medical trade shows and conferences. To be eligible for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred) along with 5-8 years of sales experience in medical equipment, preferably CSSD/OT/ICU. Knowledge of sterilization techniques, hospital workflow, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required. You should also be willing to travel extensively.
