Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize LAP business growth in the Jaipur region
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of loan officers to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including real estate agents, property developers, and financial advisors
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in the LAP segment
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline loan processes and improve customer experience
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Jaipur region
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is a plusull
