Sales Manager- Corporate Finance, Vehicle/Equipment Leasing

The role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager at our New Delhi Regional Office within the Leasing - Corporate Finance division involves reporting to the Location Head of Leasing and performing a range of key responsibilities. In terms of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding leads and prospects for the leasing of Vehicles and Equipments. This will include conducting competitor analysis, formulating strategies to penetrate the market, and enhancing awareness of our products and services among customers and prospects. Additionally, you will need to enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies while ensuring compliance with regulators and legal guidelines. Customer Acquisition will be a crucial aspect of your role, requiring market research and analysis to identify prospective customers. You will also be responsible for interacting and negotiating deals with corporates and relevant stakeholders. Customer relationship and retention will be another key focus area, where you will coordinate with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the products or services provided. Handling customer queries, grievances, and providing timely information and redressal will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve realizing objectives by forecasting sales, setting sales targets, and working towards achieving these targets effectively.
