Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop sales performance for
two assigned dealers
in the Trucks & Buses segment.
Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
through effective dealer engagement and market development.
Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and key customers to enhance brand presence.
Develop and implement
business plans
with dealers, including sales forecasts, promotional activities, and inventory management.
Monitor and support dealer sales operations to ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Drive
retail and wholesale sales
by identifying new customer segments and business opportunities.
Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
to recommend strategic actions.
Ensure
training and development
of dealer sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Coordinate with internal functions (marketing, service, finance) to resolve dealer concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance through
regular MIS reporting
and review meetings.
