Position 1: Sales Executive / Sales Consultant

Location: [Bangalore]

Experience: 1–8 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and engage with potential clients to promote residential/commercial properties
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and target-driven
• Previous experience in real estate sales preferred

Position 2: Tele-caller / Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0–3 years

Industry: Real Estate / Call Center / Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential leads and explain project details
• Schedule appointments and site visits
• Maintain records of calls and client responses
• Follow up with interested prospects

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication in English & regional language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
