Job Description

As a Chemical Sales Manager specializing in Paint Additives, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilize your relevant sales experience, particularly in the chemicals industry, to drive B2B product sales of additives for paints and plastics, such as paint driers and PVC stabilizers. - Engage in dealing with the manufacturing of raw materials for paint, PVC, plastic, and other industries, specifically focusing on paint driers and PVC stabilizers. - Take charge of developing new business opportunities in both the domestic and international markets. - Drive revenue generation while ensuring the retention of existing market share. - Implement outstanding follow-up strategies with customers to maintain strong relationships. - Independently work on filtering new business prospects by reaching out to the database and understanding client requirements. - Actively develop new prospects and engage with customers to boost sales of chemicals. - Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness among current and potential customers. - Handle correspondence with customers, from sending quotations to ensuring the successful delivery of the consignment. The company you will be working for is a renowned 30-year-old organization and a leading manufacturer of paint driers, liquid and solid PVC stabilizers in Asia. Their manufacturing units, situated in Bahadurgarh near New Delhi, focus on producing products like PU adhesive, paint driers, solid PVC stabilizers, liquid PVC stabilizers, pigment paste, and specialty chemicals of PVC stabilizers. Their well-established brands are recognized across India and various countries in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South East Asia, and Africa. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Fluency in English is required for this role, and you will be expected to work in person.
