Job Title: Sales Manager (Channel Partner)
Work Location: Kelambakkam
Reporting Person: Sales Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for someone who can manage and grow our channel partner (broker) network to help sell our high-rise apartments. The person should have good experience in working with brokers and understand how to sell residential flats through them.
Responsibilities:
· Find and connect with real estate agents and channel partners.
· Share project details, pricing, and offers with brokers regularly.
· Organize broker meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
· Get more leads and bookings through broker networks.
· Help brokers close deals and support them when needed.
· Meet monthly sales targets through channel sales.
· Give feedback to the company about the market and competitors.
· Work closely with the Sales and CRM teams.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 to 8 years’ experience in channel sales for residential apartments, especially high-rise buildings.
· Good network of real estate agents/brokers.
· Strong communication and follow-up skills.
· Knowledge of the local real estate market and sales process.
· Should be motivated, active, and goal-oriented.
