Job Description

Role Overview: You are a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Sales Manager with hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the Healthcare, IVF, Fertility, or Hospital sector. Your main responsibility is to drive patient acquisition, manage end-to-end sales operations at the centre level, and ensure conversion of leads into walk-ins and successful treatments. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned centre. - Generate patient leads through BTL/ATL marketing activities, referrals, and partnerships with clinics/hospitals. - Manage inbound and outbound patient queries and ensure timely follow-ups. - Convert leads into centre walk-ins and treatment cycles through consultative selling. - Collaborate with doctors, counsellors, and marketing teams to maximise conversion rates. - Develop local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient footfall. - Track, analyze and report sales data, lead funnel metrics, and patient feedback. - Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Hospital/Healthcare/IVF/Fertility domain. - Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
