Role Overview: As a Centre Sales Manager/Sales Manager in the Healthcare, IVF, Fertility, or Hospital sector, your role will involve driving patient acquisition, managing sales operations, and ensuring successful lead conversions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating patient leads, managing patient queries, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance conversion rates and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned centre. - Generate patient leads through BTL/ATL marketing activities, referrals, and partnerships. - Manage inbound and outbound patient queries, ensuring timely follow-ups. - Convert leads into centre walk-ins and treatment cycles through consultative selling. - Collaborate with doctors, counsellors, and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates. - Develop local marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and patient footfall. - Track, analyze, and report sales data, lead funnel metrics, and patient feedback. - Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Hospital/Healthcare/IVF/Fertility domain. - Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Healthcare background preferred).,
