Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales for modular interiors and customized solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and direct clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategy.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales (interiors, furniture, or real estate preferred).
  • Strong network with architects, designers, and developers will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership qualities with ability to motivate and manage a team.
