Architect

We’re hiring a dynamic Architect who thrives at the intersection of design and sales. You’ll be the face of Haus Concepts for potential clients — understanding their space, interpreting their needs, presenting design solutions, and converting them into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients (online/in person) to understand requirements and lifestyle needs
• Present tailored modular interior solutions with 2D/3D visuals
• Create high-level design concepts in alignment with client budgets
• Collaborate with design, project, and execution teams
• Drive sales closures through confidence in design, knowledge of materials, and clear communication
• Follow up on leads, site visits, and presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 2–5 years experience in residential design or modular interiors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to handle objections and close deals
• Knowledge of design tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar
• Fluent in English and [local language]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
