Sales Manager-Car Loans

The Sales Manager - Car Loans position in the Retail Banking department is responsible for acquiring car loan customers in the identified segment. You will be expected to meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions on a monthly basis by analyzing the transaction banking needs of the customers. Providing regular feedback to Relationship Managers on opportunities and customer needs is a key part of the role. It is essential to ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization and strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. Quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy is also a crucial aspect of the job. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Sales Manager is expected to create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically. Driving initiatives to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets is also part of the secondary responsibilities. Key success metrics for this role include disbursals, growth metrics, and file to disbursal conversion.
