Sales Manager - Car Finance

As a Sales Manager for Retail Loan Products, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets. By aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities and providing appropriate training and motivation, you will drive the implementation of the growth agenda. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence will be necessary to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the markets, competition, processes, and products will be valuable in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports will be critical in this role.
