Sales Manager - Business Loans - Channel

You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products. Your main focus will be on aggressively increasing sales numbers and meeting business targets through cross-selling, while also strengthening client relationships. Your duties will include retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products to encourage repeat business and referrals. You will need to maximize sales opportunities through your network and relationships, as well as developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients. It will be essential for you to ensure that all files are processed efficiently from the login stage to disbursement, and to collaborate with internal departments such as Operations and Credit to ensure completion. To optimize team productivity, you will be required to effectively manage a team of relationship managers to ensure that team results are achieved, meeting business targets and enhancing profitability in the area. Additionally, you will need to align with the team to generate leads for sales activities on the ground. Leading and supervising the team in implementing growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence will enable you to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products will be crucial in providing valuable feedback to the central product and policy team to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Compliance with all Audit, RBI regulations, as well as company processes, policies, and reporting systems will also be expected. Ideally, you should hold a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline to excel in this role.,
