Sales Manager (Broking)

Job Profile – Sales Manager (International Sales) / Full Time / Permanent / Work From Office Package – As per your interview (there is no bar for deserving candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with leads and convert them into clients for the broking platform.
• Personally assist clients with account opening, KYC completion, and funding
• Clearly explain trading platforms, account types, and funding procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of onboarding executives; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Drive the team’s KPIs related to client acquisition, onboarding, and funding.
• Handle escalations and personally assist high-potential or HNI clients during onboarding.
• Oversee Dealer Desk operations, ensuring accurate and timely trade execution for clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk controls in trade processing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
• Knowledge of Global Market. (Forex & Comex)
• Fluent English Communication, Sales & Marketing Skills require.
• A self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player should exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experienced in International Sales, Marketing, Global Market and Financial Services will be preferred.
