Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, consultants, and contractors.Arrange meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to capture client requirements.Proactively generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities.Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automation, audio-visual solutions, ELV systems, building materials, or architecture-related industries.Strong networking ability with architects, consultants, and contractors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Target-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.Candidates from Ernakulam region preferred.
