Unsecured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Unsecured Business Loans.
  • Source customers through open market visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
  • Guide and support team members (if assigned) to improve productivity.
  • Manage the loan sourcing lifecycle including assessment, documentation, and coordination for disbursement.
  • Maintain portfolio quality and ensure strong customer retention.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Unsecured Business Loans

    with strong:
    • DSA handling

    • Open market sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the

    Hubli

    market and business environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven field environment.
