Job Overview

Unsecured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Unsecured Business Loans.
Source customers through open market visits, referrals, and networking.
Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Guide and support team members (if assigned) to improve productivity.
Manage the loan sourcing lifecycle including assessment, documentation, and coordination for disbursement.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure strong customer retention.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Unsecured Business Loans
with strong:

DSA handling
Open market sales

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of the
Hubli
market and business environment.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven field environment.
