Sales Manager Architect & Designer Partnerships

As a Sales Manager at MaterialKart.ai, your primary responsibility will be to drive architect and interior designer partnerships and deliver strong sales performance. You will play a crucial role in MaterialKart's growth by building relationships with designers and ensuring seamless experiences from requirement to order. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, and design studios. - Understanding project requirements, recommending suitable materials, and coordinating sample deliveries. - Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure and repeat business. - Collaborating with operations and fulfillment teams for timely sampling and delivery. - Maintaining strong post-sales relationships to drive referrals and recurring projects. - Representing MaterialKart at industry events, meetups, and exhibitions to expand the designer community. - Tracking sales and conversion metrics, providing feedback to improve product-market fit. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-5 years of experience in B2B or specification sales, preferably in sectors like tiles, sanitaryware, lighting, or interiors. - Proven success in building and managing architect/designer relationships. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for both in-person and digital interactions. - Strong understanding of design workflows and material selection cycles. - Self-motivation, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
