Job Description

An Appliance Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets for household and commercial appliances, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing relationships with customers and distributors. They also analyze market trends, oversee inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Sales Strategy:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, including identifying new sales opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
  • Sales Targets:Ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets for various channels, including retail, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management:Collaborating with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels and managing stock to meet demand.
  • Market Analysis:Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Performance Management:Monitoring sales performance, providing feedback, and conducting regular reviews to improve team effectiveness.
  • Budget Management:Managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Relationship Building:Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and other trade associates.
  • Reporting:Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
  • Brand Promotion:Participating in promotional activities, including product launches, special deals, and events.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as marketing, service, and finance, to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
