Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into clients

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client service

• Prepare sales reports and market insights

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and property showings

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proven track record in sales or relationship management

• Self-motivated and target-driven personality

• Knowledge of CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus
