Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive

    sales of AAC blocks

    to builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and dealers.
  • Identify and onboard new

    dealers/distributors

    in target regions (Nellore, Tirupati, Chennai, Sri City, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with

    builders, architects, engineers, and project consultants

    .
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Track competitor activities (pricing, offers, quality feedback) and report to management.
  • Support customers with product knowledge, BOQ calculations, and technical assistance.
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely deliveries.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 35 years’ experience

    in sales of AAC blocks, cement, RMC, or building materials.
  • Strong

    builder network

    and proven track record of project / institutional sales.
  • Good communication skills in

    English, Telugu, and Hindi

    .
  • Ability to travel extensively across assigned regions.
