Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all sales and customer relationship activities for the company in the region.
• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle inquiries, offer product demonstrations, and follow up with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the Division Head.

Who You Are

• You have 3-5 years of experience in sales within the textile machinery or related industry.
• You are comfortable working independently in a fixed location but are open to occasional travel.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are customer-focused, proactive, and have a problem-solving attitude.
• You are confident in handling negotiations and building long-term relationships.
• You are adaptable and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; experience in the textile machinery industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus.
