Job Description

As a key account manager, your main responsibility will be to develop a trusting relationship with major clients. You will collaborate with various teams such as design, sales, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and other departments dedicated to the same client. Your role will involve resolving issues and addressing any complaints that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Address and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in key account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
