As a key account manager, your main responsibility will be to develop a trusting relationship with major clients. You will work collaboratively with design, sales, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and other team members to provide dedicated service to the client. Your role will also involve resolving any issues and complaints that may arise.
