Role Description

What are we looking for -

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts effectively.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and execution.

• Minimum availability for 3 Months in-office in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

What You will be doing-

• Educate clients on StampMyVisas products and services to enhance their experience.
• Reach out to potential B2B clients via cold calling & other channels.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on outreach and sales activities
• Provide information and address client queries regarding upcoming & ongoing Visa orders.
• Coordinate effectively with internal & external stakeholders, including the Visa operations team, Accounts , Vendors & Travel agencies.
