Role Brief:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Intern to join our Kolkata team. This is a dynamic, execution-oriented role where you will actively engage with campus leads and play a key role in onboarding them to our Campus Ambassador Programme.

Role Responsibilities:

• Make outreach calls to potential ambassadors and introduce them to the Campus Ambassador Programme (CAP).
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new ambassadors are well-prepared and confident to get started.
• Communicate tasks, updates, and programme guidelines clearly and effectively.
• Support ambassadors throughout their journey, ensuring smooth progression across key milestones.
• Foster strong relationships within the community to keep members actively engaged.
• Gather feedback from ambassadors to enhance and improve the onboarding experience.

Role Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related
• field.
• 0–1 year of internship experience in sales outreach, or business development
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calling.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
