Job Description

Job Title:Sales Head

  1. Sales Development:

    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  1. Client Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

  1. Sales Execution:

    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all client requirements are met.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and achieve profitability targets.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

  1. Account Management:

    • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
    • Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvements or upselling opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
    • Track sales metrics and analyze performance to adjust strategies and improve results.
    • Prepare and present forecasts and sales plans to achieve targets.

  1. Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry developments.
    • Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Educate clients on product benefits and features to effectively address their needs.


  1. Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations


  • Qualifications:

    Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.


  • Experience:

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field-based.
  • Skills:

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales And Business Developments.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend sales meetings.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to achieve sales goals.
