Opportunity to work with a global medical devices company Opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the company's vision Job Description The key responsibilities include: Leading the PAN India sales function for the lab diagnostics solutions business, managing a business size of approx. USD 50 million. Engage with a diverse client base including standalone labs, diagnostic chains, and hospitals across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Responsible for strategic sales planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and channel partner development. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate must have- 20+ years of experience in sales for IVD/medical device, with minimum 10 years of experience in manager management. Proven ability to engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in diagnostics/hospital chains. Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of sales achievement. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills - open-minded, empathetic, adaptable, and effective in a matrix environment.
