Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a strategic role in acquiring and growing key accounts across target industries. You should already have experience selling to large organizations and be comfortable engaging with CXOs, GMs, and functional heads across various departments. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of high-value sales cycles, leading consultative discussions, and overseeing complex rollouts across different regions. You should have at least 7 years of solid B2B sales experience in areas such as commercial interiors, security systems, turnkey projects, IT hardware, industrial products, branding agencies, or enterprise SaaS. A successful track record of acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts is essential. Confidence in dealing with CXOs and functional heads from departments like Administration, Purchase, HR, Finance, Projects, Engineering, Factory Operations, or Marketing is a must. Being an excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and a strong executive presence is key. Additionally, you should be resourceful and resilient in managing complex client requirements, handling delays, and navigating competitive environments. An openness to coaching and a drive for performance improvement are also important qualities. Extensive travel across cities and regions may be required. Key Responsibilities: - Lead B2B sales for branding, signage, and rollout solutions to corporations with a multi-location presence. - Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, Directors, GMs, and senior decision-makers across various departments like Administration, Marketing, Purchase, Projects, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Factory Operations. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closure and post-sales coordination. - Respond to RFPs, structured procurement processes, and competitive proposals with strategic insights. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, servicing, production, and backend teams to meet client expectations. - Monitor the pipeline, sales forecasts, and activity metrics for reporting purposes.,
