Job Overview

Noona Western Wear is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Girl to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, good communication skills, and the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest outfits accordingly.
• Maintain product knowledge of tops, dresses, coords, and other western wear.
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
• Keep the store neat, organized, and well-displayed at all times.
• Manage trial rooms and ensure products are handled properly.
• Assist in stock checking, tagging, folding, and inventory updates.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Support daily boutique operations and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates, age 18–30.
• Minimum education: SSLC / Plus Two (preferred).
• Previous retail or boutique experience is mandatory.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be fluent in hindi and english.
• Basic knowledge of fashion trends in western wear.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle customers during peak hours.
• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.
