About the Role:

Ganesh Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in-store with product selection and queries.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability.
Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash/billing.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and efficiently.
Keep the store area neat, clean, and organized at all times.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/local language).
Positive attitude and friendly approach towards customers.
Minimum [X months/years] of experience in sales or customer service (freshers may also apply).
Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and handle busy store hours.
