Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Generalist, located on-site in Pune. The Sales Generalist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, managing sales processes, offering product training, and maintaining comprehensive sales records. The role also involves collaborating with sales management to develop strategies to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
