This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Fresher Graduate at CareerFly located in Noida. The Sales Fresher Graduate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting Careerfly's programs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new students.

📍 Location: Sector 63, Noida (100% Onsite)

🗓 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives

📚 Training: 3-Day Product Training Provided

💻 Requirement: Laptop is mandatory

✔ Interact with students & professionals to understand their career goals

✔ Recommend suitable educational programs

✔ Achieve daily counselling & follow-up targets (KPI/KRA)

✔ Update lead details using CRM tools

✔ Comfortable with calls, lead tracking & performance reporting
