Sales Fresher (B2B Inside Sales)

As a Business Development Manager (B2B Inside Sales) in our Sales department, you will play a crucial role in our team with 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in Technology Sales. This full-time position requires you to work from our office location during Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Our company operates in the E-Commerce and Software industry. Your main responsibility will include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, closing deals, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a keen interest in technology, and a drive for sales success. Key tasks involve conducting personalized product demos for prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and utilizing qualification frameworks like BANT for effective lead qualification. You will be expected to handle objections, nurture leads, and facilitate the conversion process through proper documentation and agreements. Collaboration with the Onboarding Team is essential for a smooth transition post-deal closure. You will work closely with them to ensure seamless handover and successful go-live processes. Managing CRM data integrity, providing regular reports on lead quality, and optimizing sales strategies based on metrics will be part of your routine. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, relevant experience in B2B Tech Sales, the ability to independently close deals, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
