Job Title: Field Recruiter/ Sales Force recuriter
JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT : Field Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various field- based positions, such as promoters, store staff, and ground-level sales personnel.
Reports to : Team Lead
Location: Chennai/Bangalore/ Hyderabad
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sourcing and Recruiting: Actively source candidates by conducting field visits, as traditional
online job boards may not reach the target audience.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to
determine their suitability for the specific roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing them with
information about the company and the available opportunities.
• Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial
outreach to offer acceptance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in field recruitment or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in local languages is essential.
