Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Responsible for Talent acquisition for assigned J&K State business wise _CPD & CND sales, HO, Srinagar factory, SBE, Apple Cluster project and FILaval Nursery Prepare JD/ KRA/kPI for the open positions with the consultation of requisition Responsible for adhering the recruitment TAT through multiple source- Naukri, LinkedIn and other social platforms, campus connect and good networking Responsible for all operational task related to issuance of offer letter viz. Pre joining documents, Background Verification/ Testimonial & Reference Check, Preparing of Salary Structures, Salary Negotiation, Releasing Offer Letters with the coordination of Corporate HR Joining & Induction Orientation Responsible for Joining Formalities/ On Boarding including Infrastructure arrangement for new joiner (laptop/desktop, workstation, stationary, Email ID generation, ID & Business cards, welcome mailer, Appointment letter) Ensuring maintenance of relevant documents and update in EISEN Vault database Responsible for preparing Induction schedule, Conduct & deliver Induction, coordinating with stake holders for organizing Induction Orientation program Campus Connect Responsible for identify the campus as per the business requirement role/position wise for suitable talent pool of the candidates for internship/full time employment Responsible for preparation of campus deck for corporate presentation Responsible for regular interaction with the campus Training & Development Responsible for Identify training needs for CPD/CND Sales Responsible for preparing training modules and deliver training. Responsible for keeping the records of training _communication plan, training calendar ,training feedback ,training hours Employee Lifecycle Responsible for maintaining regular contact with the employee and resolves employee concerns if any Responsible for adhering the process flow if there is any violation of code of conduct - Preparation and issuance of letters as per business/ situational requirements viz Termination/Transfer/ show cause notice/ Case Investigation Coordination & Reports Employee Engagement and Connect Conduct webinars/ Fun @ work/ Festival Celebration Drive and Manage performance management of assigned business unit Weekly/Monthly Reports as per business need Undertake tasks/ additional responsibilities as and when required Compliance Management Responsible for adhering the compliance as per the prevailing laws and policies
