Coordinate with domestic and International buyers for order status, shipment updates and documentation. Follow up with internal departments on PI issuance, shipment schedules and dispatches. Maintain trackers and ensure smooth communication across sales and logistics teams. Prepare daily reports and assist in business development initiatives.
