Role Definition

The Sales Learning Consultant is responsible for converting hot, warm, and cold leads into successful enrolments by consulting with working professionals and students on suitable courses. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining accurate CRM updates, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibility/ Deliverable

§ Calling on Provided Leads Hot, warm, & Cold 100 + Calls in a day.

§ Maintaing CRM of all the Leads Provided

Tasks & Activities

§ Converting Leads to Closure

§ Meeting Monthly Target of revenue.

· Make 100+ daily calls to hot, warm, and cold leads provided.

Engage with working professionals and students to understand their learning needs.

· Present and explain course offerings clearly and persuasively.

· Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads in the CRM system.

· Follow up on leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.

· Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.

· Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and enrolment targets.

· Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead feedback and strategy improvements.

· Handle both incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

· Provide timely updates and reports on lead status and sales performance

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ability to build rapport quickly).

· Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.

· High level of motivation and target orientation, Strong drive and fire to achieve and exceed sales targets

· Ability to manage time efficiently and handle high call volumes.

Skill

· Good listening skills to understand customer needs.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate data.

· Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).

· Problem-solving attitude with resilience in handling objections

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing the right course guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
